Your production party, assembled
Serious about the craft.
Delightfully nerdy about everything else.
Meet the editors, storytellers, organizers, and pop culture enthusiasts behind Reductive Arts. We make podcasts ourselves. We care about the little details. And we’d love to help bring your next YouTube video, video podcast, or audio show to life.

Albie
Owner · Audio/Video Engineer
The captain of the edit suite
Albie’s origin story starts where plenty of good nerd stories do: with a fan podcast and a project he couldn’t stop tinkering with. More than 15 years of editing, including nine professionally, turned that passion into a career in audio and video.
Off the timeline, he’s a devoted single dad to his 14-year-old daughter, Serenity. Yes, she’s named after a spaceship. She’s also the center of his world. They love traveling together, especially when the destination is Walt Disney World.
Albie still hosts and produces The Quantum Leap Podcast and Treksploration. Between a work-from-home studio and an active life, his prime directive stays simple: kindness above all else.

Juan Muro
Project Coordinator
Keeper of the quest log
Every creative adventure needs someone who knows what happens next. Based in Colorado, Juan brings creativity, organization, and media expertise to the timelines, logistics, and collaborative teams behind a project. His years of coordination experience keep complex work on track, with storytelling and community engagement firmly in view.
He’s also the co-founder and co-host of Thinking Outside the Long Box, a long-running pop culture podcast exploring comics, film, TV, and everything in between. Content creation, audience connection, and behind-the-scenes production are part of his own creative life.
Whether he’s managing deliverables or discussing the latest superhero reboot, Juan brings dedication, enthusiasm, and a thoughtful approach to the mission.

John Irons
Audio/Video Engineer · Graphic Artist
Trivia brain. Creative engine.
John has spent more than 20 years as a successful graphic artist. He’s also a writer, producer, and game designer, an excellent character build for someone who works across sound, visuals, and stories.
A friend brought him into podcasting in 2015 to co-host a show about TV and movies. A year later, he created Captain GameShow!, combining lifelong loves of trivia, pop culture, and wordplay with his newfound loves of podcasting and editing. With more than 200 episodes and counting, it’s still, in John’s words, the best hobby he’s ever had.
Near Washington, D.C., his days include data visualization, co-parenting and hanging out with his two amazing children, and recording and editing multiple podcasts. His stated level of effort toward making the world better? Minimal to medium. We appreciate the honest patch notes.

Natasha Zoë Dean
Voice Over Artist · Audio/Video Engineer
Classic Hollywood meets the final frontier
Natasha’s love of film and television began early. Raised on the classics by her grandparents, she fell for classic Hollywood and the history behind it. At eight, seeing Leonard Nimoy as Mr. Spock sparked her interest in acting. A highly logical inspiration.
She’s a skilled singer across many musical genres, with an uncanny ear for accents and impersonation. That curiosity about performance also shows up in the old Hollywood biographies she creates for YouTube.
Outside the recording booth, Natasha enjoys amateur photography and occasionally shares her work on Instagram. You can also hear her storytelling in audiobooks narrated by Natasha Zoë Dean.
