Meet the Nerds Bringing Heart to Media Production
Okay, so there’s this cool little group called Reductive Arts, right? Basically, it’s a bunch of techy, creative people who are also just really nice folks. They’re all about doing good stuff and having fun while making cool media.
Meet the People Behind the Magic

There’s Albie, who’s super experienced with audio and video editing – like, for ages! He’s also a total rockstar dad to his daughter, Serenity (yep, named after that spaceship!). They have the best adventures together, especially at Disney World, which kinda shows how much fun and heart Albie puts into everything he does.
Then you’ve got Juan in Colorado, who’s the master organizer and makes sure everything runs smoothly. He’s also a big pop culture fan and even has a podcast where he chats about all that stuff.

Christopher brings tons of experience from the world of broadcasting and online marketing. He’s worked on a bunch of podcasts you might have even heard of, showing he knows how to make interesting stuff.

John’s another audio/video whiz who’s also super talented with graphic design, writing, and even games! He’s got his own podcast that’s all about trivia and fun, and he juggles his creative life with being a co-parent, pretty awesome.

And last but not least, there’s Natasha, who’s got an amazing voice and knows her way around audio and video too. She’s been into old movies and acting forever (think Mr. Spock!), and now she gets to use her voice to tell stories.

More Than Just Making Stuff
What’s really cool about Reductive Arts is that they’re not just about making great podcasts or videos or whatever. They really care about being kind, making sure everyone feels included, and putting their families first. They’ve got all sorts of different backgrounds, but they all love telling stories.

Their big goal is pretty simple: to make things a little better in the world. Whether it’s through the stuff they create or just how they treat people, they want to have a positive impact.

Want to Join the Fun?
In an industry that can sometimes feel a bit cutthroat, Reductive Arts is like a breath of fresh air. They’re all about working together and being nice to each other. They want everyone to feel welcome, no matter where they come from (Chris is from NY).

As they keep growing and doing new things, they’re inviting anyone who’s interested to join them in their mission of mixing cool tech skills with real heart. They’re not just making content; they’re building a community of good people. Thinking you are nerdy and kind enough to join our team? careers@reductivearts.com
